Terms of service
| Payment |

| All types of commissions must be paid upfront through Paypal. The commission will not be started until the payment has been made. |
| Procedure |

| Upon receiving the commission brief, an initial sketch will be provided for you to modify and revise as many times as necessary. After the sketch is completed, the commission will continue to be finished and delivered through email, a Google Drive link or any other preferred channel. |
| You can still request modifications and revisions after the commission has moved past the sketching phase. Major revisions (changes that require redrawing over 80% of the drawing) will incur an additional fee, so make sure you're happy with the sketch before proceeding. |
| Refunds |

| You will receive a full refund if either you or I cancel the commission during the sketching phase. |
| If the commission has already moved past the sketching phase, you will receive a 20-80% refund (depending on the drawing's degree of completion) if you had cancelled the commission yourself, and an 80% refund if I had to cancel the commission due to issues on my end. |
